Shipping

All in-stock orders typically ship within 5-8 business days once placed. If an item is back-ordered or out-of-stock we will notify you with estimated shipping times. Shipping times may vary based on your state/country of origin. Shipments are made with either FedEx, DHL, or USPS based on best possible delivery. Shipping notifications and tracking information will be provided when orders are processed and ready for shipment.

Privacy & Security

We take security very seriously here at Dean Zelinsky Guitars. As such, we never hold credit card information on file, as well we never sell, share, or distribute customer personal information with third parties.

All online payment authorization is processed through PayPal Payments Advanced for Business, which is PCI-compliant and an encrypted transfer, ensuring complete secure transactions. Warranty

Dean Zelinsky Guitars offers a Five-Year Warranty to all guitars. The Five-Year Warranty guarantees to the first end user, under normal use, that the product will be free from defects in workmanship and in materials for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase as noted on the original receipt and/or invoice. The Five-Year Warranty is void if any signs of tampering and/or unauthorized service is performed on product.
 
Five-Year Warranty does not cover the following: accidental or user damage, parts subject to wear (i.e. strings, frets), damage due to misuse especially faulty care and maintenance, damage due to environmental influences.
 
For warranty repair, please contact a Dean Zelinsky Guitars representative for an RMA number. No return will be processed without prior written notice. For warranty requests outside the inital 30-Day period, postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
 

Returns & Replacements

If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you can return your order for a full-refund within 30 days of purchase with our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. All returns must be in original packaging, brand-new condition, and show no signs of wear, scratches or scuffs. Please contact a Private Label representative prior to shipping any returns. No return will be processed without prior written notice. Postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.
If product deficiency is do to accidental or user damage, product may not be returned.  

Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for your return order to be processed once it has been received at our warehouse. If requesting a replacement for a defective item, your item must first be reviewed by our repair department. If the item shows signs of misuse, tampering, or damage the warranty is void. If the unit can be repaired, repair costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a void warranty, the customer will be billed for shipping costs to and from the repair facility. If the item is deemed a manufacturer defect, the defective unit will be replaced with a new or like-new replacement item, pending available stock. If the item is not in stock, efforts will be made to expedite the replacement of the item. If the item is being tested under warranty and is deemed in proper working condition, buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges to and from the repair facility.

DISCLAIMER: All custom orders (e.g. personalized engraving, specialty parts/configurations, etc.) are final and do not apply to our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Custom orders are covered under our Five-Year Warranty, please see above for details.
 

Orders

Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consult your country's customs office to determine possible additional costs prior to completing your purchase.
 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Dean Zelinsky Guitars reserves the right to adjust product pricing without prior written notice. As well, Dean Zelinsky Guitars reserves the right to start and terminate sales and/or promotions without prior written notice.

Dean Zelinsky Guitars offers the service of creating an online account for the purpose of viewing and tracking orders and order history. Information can be updated by the customer by logging into their respective account.
